We sell logs by volume rather than weight as volume is a constant measure.
As wood dries out naturally (seasons) it loses weight through moisture loss.
Buying logs by weight is not a fair indication of the amount of logs you will receive, as wet wood weighs more.
Kiln Dried Logs
Kiln dried logs are naturally seasoned firewood that is further dried in a wood-fired kiln to reduce the moisture content even lower to 15%.

We do not have a facility for you to collect logs from our depot. We always try to accommodate any special delivery needs.

For wide stoves or small stoves, narrow stoves, we offer a bespoke service to provide you with a wood fuel that exactly meets your needs by special arrangement.
Special log sizes need to be ordered by the end of May and take immediate delivery for seasoning on your premises. The standard log length is 8 inches.
